Project Description

Pre-Engineered System

The Pre-Engineered System is pre-set quantities of clean agent and specific flow rates in set of pipes, fittings and nozzles for various hazards. Specifically, they are limited to types and sizes by Underwriters Laboratories based on the actual fire test conducted. These units are designed for the protection against Class A, Class B and Class C fires occurring within an enclosure. The Pre-Engineered System is designed and installed in accordance to Luke’s Installation, Maintenance and Services Technical Manual.

Engineered System

Luke Fire Suppression System is an engineered system utilizing a fixed fire fighting system that is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance to international standards, such as NFPA 2001. We manufactured our own clean agent (e.g. HFC-227ea, FK 5-1-12), and it is UL Listed and FM Approved.

This system allows a range of flexibility in design parameters with the use of Luke flow calculation software for determination of the quantity of clean agent required for a specific hazard volume and its set of pipes and fittings sizes. The systems are designed for Total Flooding Protection against Class A, Class B and Class C fires occurring within an enclosure and are designed and installed in accordance to NFPA 2001 and to comply with the Installation, Maintenance and Services Technical Manual.
